Scope and operator
YourFitNature is operated by Xam Riche, operating as YourFitNature from Vietnam and serving an international affiliate market. This policy applies to the YourFitNature website and the services described here.
YourFitNature provides educational information, not medical care. Information entered into a tool does not create a clinician-patient relationship.
Information you provide
We may receive information you submit for newsletters, workshops, community or resource registrations, accounts, article feedback, reports, workshop feedback, and privacy correspondence. Depending on the feature, this can include your name, email address, account credentials, preferences, marketing choices, feedback, report details, and campaign or referral fields.
Some tools and roadmap features let you enter food, symptom, mood, energy, progress, supplement, or other wellness-related details. These are health-adjacent details, but the tools are educational and are not a medical record system.
A workshop form may require an acknowledgement concerning privacy and email communication. That acknowledgement is specific to the form and does not control the separate Google Analytics behavior described below.
Automatic data and browser storage
Our servers may receive technical request information such as IP address, user agent, referring page, requested route, timestamps, and event names. Our minimized first-party analytics keeps approved aggregate event names and does not retain generic event payloads containing raw email, confirmation or reset tokens, free-form text, query strings, or health-adjacent values.
Article feedback uses a randomly generated pseudonymous user key stored in a browser cookie. The vote record can store that raw pseudonymous key, while related technical logs use hashed identifiers. A pseudonymous identifier can still distinguish one browser from another and is not the same as anonymous data.
We use cookies, local storage, and session storage for feedback identity, affiliate-popup display state, tool or interface preferences, account administration, and other feature state. The feedback user-key cookie and affiliate-popup cookies are set for one year. Smart-default records use a seven-day default expiry where that utility is used. Session storage normally lasts for the browser tab or session, and some local-storage records remain until they are cleared by the feature, the browser, or the user.
Google Analytics is loaded across the website and may use cookies or similar identifiers to collect usage information. Its operation is separate from YourFitNature's minimized first-party event records.
How we use information
We use information to provide requested content and accounts, operate tools, register participants, send service and opted-in marketing emails, respond to messages and reports, remember settings, prevent duplicate feedback, understand aggregate site use, maintain security and reliability, improve our services, and attribute affiliate referrals.
Providers and disclosures
Google Analytics helps us understand website use. Hostinger provides hosting and infrastructure, including SMTP email delivery. These providers process information for their respective services under their own terms and settings.
When you follow an affiliate link, we may record necessary product, placement, click, and request metadata for attribution. The destination merchant or affiliate network is a separate recipient and may collect information under its own privacy terms. We may earn a commission if you make a qualifying purchase.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to protect the website, users, or others, respond to lawful requests, address fraud or misuse, or complete a business reorganization with appropriate handling of the information.
Retention and deletion
Where no fixed schedule is documented, we keep server and vendor records only while they are reasonably needed for the feature, communication, attribution, security, recordkeeping, dispute handling, or another legitimate operational purpose. The period can vary by record type and provider settings. The browser-storage periods stated above are separate from server and vendor retention.
You can request deletion by emailing us. We handle requests manually across relevant YourFitNature systems and active providers. Some information may remain where needed for security, legal obligations, disputes, backups, or records of the request, and provider processes may take additional time.
Security and international processing
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures suited to the services we operate. No online service can eliminate every risk, so please avoid submitting information that a feature does not ask for.
YourFitNature operates from Vietnam and serves visitors in multiple countries. Information may be processed in Vietnam and in other countries where our providers or their systems operate. Privacy protections and government-access rules can differ between countries.
Your choices
You may choose not to submit optional information, unsubscribe through an email link where available, adjust browser cookie or storage settings, use available Google Analytics controls, and avoid affiliate links. Blocking storage can cause some features to stop remembering state or work differently.
To ask what information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, email cofounder@yourfitnature.com. We will review the request in light of the information and systems involved.
Children
YourFitNature is intended for adults and is not directed to children. The website does not currently use a technical age gate on every submission route. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.
Inactive future feature
Possible future Pinterest integration
YourFitNature is not currently connected to or approved by Pinterest. If a future integration is reviewed and activated, it would use Pinterest's OAuth Authorization Code flow. The proposed minimum organic scopes are boards:read, boards:write, pins:read, and pins:write.
We would not ask for or collect your Pinterest password or Pinterest browser session cookies. We would not store Pinterest API-derived account, board, Pin, or profile data unless a later use is specifically reviewed and permitted.
Every Pin would require a specific human approval action before publication. The planned feature would not publish Pins through unattended or bulk approval.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy when our services, providers, or practices change. We will post the revised policy here and update the date at the top of the page.
